WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Develop and define project goals, scope, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and other members.
• Lead and coordinate project members and resources to ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables
• Communicate proactively the status, issues, and risks involved in the project to all stakeholders.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting, ensuring projects are completed within the approved budget.
• Identify and minimize project risks throughout its life cycle.
• Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet project deliverables/goals.
• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
• Have experience working on large scale/complex projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills.
• Understand/negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
• Good at Project Scope Management and client’s expectation management.
• Collaborate other projects/teams as necessary to contribute to the success of the Business Unit. Have ability to participate and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong at English or Japanese or French skills (especially Listening and Speaking), Effective Communication skills
• Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of change management and performance evaluation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines.
• Good project planning, Risk Management, Change Management, Time Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management as a PM
• A proven track of record in managing all aspects of a project as a PM
• Experience in Estimation, strategic planning, risk management, change management
• Conflict Resolution
• Agile/Scrum Methodology
• Bachelor’s degree in IT field required
• Project Management Certifications as a plus
• Fixed Price Project exp
