1. Daily Task

• Do Time & Motion Study to determine standard labor
• Build WI for machinery processes and station workers at WW department
• Build product process for new items
• Follow up incoming material and analyze yield, scrap to maximize usage
• Compare different processes to define optimization ways for products
• Make job reports as Plant Director/Production Manager requires
• Support Production to solve problems about process, structure, and equipment
• Coordinate with related departments to solve all production issues (Capex, ROI, Planning, Procurement, Lean, PE, Quality, ME, etc.)
• Make CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) to solve customer claims
• Make quality concessions for BOD approval to catch up shipment plan
• Track input materials (wood, veneer, MDF, etc.) for on-time delivery
• Improve pilot run process, re-engineering, and collection standards for new collections
• Set up and lead FOP/PPS/Pilot run review meetings
• Construct and design new tools, jigs, blades, or drill bits for machines to improve processes, minimize tooling costs, and reduce labor costs

2. Lean Manufacturing Project

• Continuous improvement: Do projects that improve quality, output, efficiency, and cost
• Calculate CAPEX to increase factory capacity (including ROI of investment)
• Calculate and analyze machine capacity to define bottlenecks and suggest improvement ideas
• Re-layout machines on the shop floor following Lean line design
• Coordinate with Lean, PE, and ME departments to implement improvement projects

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• 1-2 years of technical experience in a related position at large, labor-intensive manufacturing companies
• Education: majors related to Production, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automation...
• Proficient in Auto CAD, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office software
• English: Good reading and writing.
