As the PA to GM, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our General Manager, ensuring operational excellence, and driving sustainability initiatives. You’ll collaborate across departments to maintain quality standards, streamline processes, and align our operations with Melia’s commitment to exceptional service and environmental stewardship.

Support the General Manager: Manage schedules, communications, and prepare for meetings and presentations.

Ensure Standards & Quality Control: Assist departments in adhering to operational standards, conducting checks, and driving continuous improvement.

Lead Sustainability Projects: Follow up on eco-conscious initiatives, collaborating with teams to achieve environmental goals.

Departmental Coordination: Facilitate interdepartmental communication and alignment with organizational objectives.

Track & Report Progress: Prepare detailed reports on project milestones, quality audits, and sustainability metrics.

• Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese, with excellent communication abilities.
• Experience in quality assurance, sustainability, or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a passion for hospitality and eco-tourism.
