1. Get the job requirements and make daily from technical coach, head of department and report results every day.

2. Monitoring, reminding employees in team comply with work requirements (rules, procedures ...) satisfactory when the frequency detection of employees is wrong more than superior.

3. Give an opinion and propose process improvements to achieve the group's target, when detected problems related to group, must have proposed immediately or inform superiors.

4. Check report, daily scoreboard of caster

5. Attendance fully and ensure employees of team sees all cast error involving loss count, reject goods and report back to the technical coach and head of department to offer treatment recommendations.

6. Must be self-analytical errors and inform employees daily, weekly, monthly

7. Prepare equipments and instruments for production plan to have preparation time (setter, plant protection, clamp ...) check and remedy instruments of employees in group upon request.

8. Training new employees to be satisfactory under the given time for each type of model (determined with the head about the time first) and flexible caster.

9. Assessing employee performance by week, month, quarter ... and notify to employees.

10. Tracking errors related processes => Adjust / improve.

11. To perform other daily tasks required by superiors.

12. Can be assigned other responsibilities as changed request.

1. Knowledge & Skills: Ceramic manufacturing (optional), Management skill, Good at planning and controlling, Good analysis and problem solving.

2. Education, Training, Qualifications: University graduated.

3. Experience: Minimum 2years, having experience in ceramic/sanitary ware preferred.

4. Personality: Honesty, open.

5. Physical Requirement: Fit and healthy.

6. Languages: English and Vietnamese
