What You Will Do: You will lead and inspire a team dedicated to redefining Vietnamese cuisine. Your responsibilities will include crafting and innovating menus that celebrate traditional flavours and modern culinary techniques, managing all aspects of kitchen operations to ensure the highest standards of food preparation and presentation. You will also maintain rigorous health and safety standards while fostering an environment of creativity and learning, and engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, ensuring every plate is special.

Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for a talented individual with a Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or a related field. The ideal candidate will have profound experience in Vietnamese or Southeast Asian cuisine, with a minimum of 10 years as a chef, including 3 in a similar leadership role. We need a visionary leader who is as adept with people management as they are with culinary innovation. Fluency in English and Vietnamese, with exemplary communication skills to uplift your team and delight our guests, is essential.
