La Maison 1888, the only Michelin-starred restaurant in Central Vietnam, is seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our exceptional dining destination. This is a rare opportunity to work alongside a world-class culinary and wine team and oversee every detail of a celebrated restaurant within a five-star luxury resort.

As Restaurant Manager, you will drive every aspect of the guest experience, from service and atmosphere to operations and events, ensuring each visit reflects the standards of a Michelin-star restaurant. You will inspire and mentor a talented service team, collaborate closely with award-winning chefs and sommeliers, and play a key role in elevating La Maison 1888 as it continues its pursuit of a second star.

What we’re looking for:

* A strong restaurant background within the 5-star luxury hotel or restaurant sector.

* Experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or fine dining venue of similar scale and complexity, with supervisory experience or training.

* A guest-centric mindset with proven leadership and organisational skills 

* The ability to speak French is an advantage.

Qualifications and requirements

Key Areas:

• Minimum 02 year experience preferably in a Michelin-star restaurant or hotel’s fine dining restaurant of similar size and complexity and including supervisory experience or training

• A strong restaurant background from within hotel or restaurant sector at a 5* luxury standard

• A sound commercial and financial awareness

• An understanding of the ingredients we use, cooking methods and understand various dietary requirements

• Drive to work within the pressure of a busy luxury restaurant environment

Required Skills:

• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the resort, the brand and the Company
