Mô tả công việc

1. Purchasing supplies, items, and raw materials for the construction
2. Search for suppliers, contractors, and teams. Compare price, quality, purchasing policy, delivery, and payment policy.
3. Plan and provide adequate materials for the construction
4. Establish a database of contractors and suppliers, evaluate materials and equipment, and send it to the design and project department.
5. Purchase reports, cost analysis tables
6. Negotiate agreements, contracts, and price quotes with suppliers, contractors, and teams.
7. Track orders in process and ensure consistent delivery, providing adequate content for ongoing and planned projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from University/College or higher majoring in Economics, Trade, Construction.
• Agile, hardworking, good communication, good negotiation.
• Honest, patient, able to work under high pressure
• Ability to manage and control work and complete deadlines.
• Creativity and flexible thinking
• Communicate in English
