Business Development and Project Management Manager
Directly report to Country Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development (Growth & Strategy)
Develop and implement business strategies to expand market share and revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, contractors, architects, and developers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design and execute customer programs, trade promotions, and product launch campaigns.
Manage medium-term (3-5 years) and annual strategic action plans for assigned projects.
2. Project Management
Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Familiarize with and advise the project team on the local authorities' approval requirements and procedures.
Carry out the planning and feasibility study analysis of potential new projects
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks in project
Collaborate with project owner to determine the specifications of the project
Prepare/develop budget and program for planning, approval, and monitoring purposes
Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
Prepare and deliver progress reports to management and stakeholdersYêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 7-10 years in Business Development, Marketing Strategy, or Project Management.
Proven track record in handling large-scale projects (commercial, hospitality, residential, infrastructure).
Experience in building materials, lighting, or construction-related industries preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Excellent project planning, budgeting, and risk management skills.
Sharp negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong data analytical and problem-solving ability.
Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Thai) are an advantage.
