KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Loyalty Program Management:

• Design, develop, and execute loyalty programs targeting corporate tenants of our office leasing and coworking spaces.
• Create flexible membership tiers (Basic, Silver, Gold, Premium) with customized benefits, including office rental incentives, business services, networking events, workshops, and exclusive seminars.
• Build an effective reward system aligned with client needs and service usage behavior.
• Track program performance, analyze data, and continuously propose improvements to increase client engagement and retention.

Client Experience Management:

• Serve as the primary contact for client feedback, inquiries, and membership-related support.
• Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless service experience across departments.
• Propose and coordinate client engagement activities such as networking events, seminars, and business workshops.

Business English Coaching for the Chairman:

• Conduct 1-2 one-on-one coaching sessions per week (flexible scheduling).
• Focus on improving the Chairman’s business English, presentation skills, international meeting communication, and business travel conversations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates with foreign nationality are US, UK.
• The main language is English or equivalent fluency.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Experience, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in Loyalty Programs, Membership Management, Coworking, Office Leasing, or the Hospitality industry.
• Experience in designing membership benefits and managing CRM or membership software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Previous coaching or teaching experience in Business English is highly desirable.
• Prior work experience in Vietnam or Southeast Asia is a plus.
