JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager

Location: 152 Vo Van Kiet, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital platforms, with a focus on Facebook/Meta Ads, website performance, SEO, and emerging technologies including blockchain/Web3. The role also involves overseeing branding and marketing activities related to coworking spaces and office services operated by TINI Group.

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with the company’s business objectives.
• Design and implement end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple brands and business units.
• Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively, set KPIs, and ensure timely delivery.

• Lead performance marketing activities across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other paid channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize digital campaigns based on performance metrics.
• Coordinate with content and creative teams to ensure campaign consistency and effectiveness.

• Collaborate with UI/UX and development teams to improve website usability, speed, and structure.
• Oversee SEO strategies, keyword planning, and organic traffic growth.
• Ensure content across digital platforms aligns with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.

• Support or lead marketing efforts for projects involving blockchain, NFT, token-based products, or DAO community initiatives.
• Stay up to date with Web3 trends and propose relevant engagement strategies when applicable.
• Align messaging with Web3 and tech-native audiences.

• Build and maintain brand positioning for TINI’s coworking and office service offerings.
• Develop targeted digital campaigns to attract and retain clients in the flexible workspace sector.
• Collaborate with operations and leasing teams to align marketing with occupancy goals.

• Supervise a team of 3–5 members including content creators, ad specialists, and designers.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Report directly to the Board of Directors on marketing results, insights, and growth opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years in a senior marketing role with leadership responsibility.
• Proven expertise in Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and digital analytics.
• Familiarity with landing pages, funnel management, and performance tracking.
• Understanding of blockchain/Web3 trends.
• Strong leadership, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and adaptability to fast-paced, multi-industry environments.
