Ensure all supporting documents are accurate, available, and applicable to the customer order/shipment.
Prepare and review invoices, BL, AWB, HBL, MBL for accuracy.
Coordinate and monitor shipments. Update ETA/ETD.
Ensure communication ways are used effectively.
Utilize SAP to optimize procedures.
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
Communicate with customer to arrange logistics.
Products & Price offering by communication through different channels.
Respond to customers: resolving complaints; providing customer support.
Complete the ad-hoc tasks as required by Line Manager.Have at least 1 year of experience in Customer Service / Logistics / Supply Chain.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Intermediate English (4 skills)
Proficiency in using Excel (including Pivot Table; spreadsheets) for data analysis, reporting, and planning.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Experience with SAP systems and practices preferred.Competitive income with 100% salary and allowance on probation
