Mô tả Công việc
- Process order entries in the ERP system, and ensure these entries are accurate.
- Prepare shipping documents, proceed with freight booking, and liaise with MPL, production, warehouse, customs, and forwarders to ensure delivery of outgoing shipments is picked up on time.
- Send invoices or other bills to customers and track receivables timely. Write off invoice in ERP based on received payment.
- Communicate with customers for shipping schedules, forecasts, and any other demand or emergency.
- Pass customer demand to the MPL department timely and accurately, make sure they fully understand, and input into production plan correctly.
- Maintain different kinds of reports and records.
- Monitor production status by checking system reports and communicating with MPL, and Production, to ensure customer customer-requested shipping plans can be achieved.
- Assist in the investigation of customer complaints, and handle return and exchange.
- Attend CFT meetings, understand meeting subjects, and take action according to meeting minutes.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good command of English reading, writing, and listening, speaking.
- 5- 7 years or above Experience in customer service/logistics for the manufacturing company
- Experience in working with ERP
- Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Work experience in an international company or organization is preferable.
- Strong mindset for planning
- Strong system tracking
