- Managing and reporting the financial information for Juki Singapore Pte Ltd. Preparing and examining the financial records and ensure financial information is up to date and accurate.
- Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing accounts information.
- Maintains and balance overseas offices account by verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing trial balance, and reconciling entries.
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents.
- Manages the payroll processing for overseas offices.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and various account analyses.
- Assist in preparation of monthly schedule, quarterly audit schedule and budget preparation.
- Assist in preparation of fixed assets update and new additions.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Assist in implement internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Yêu cầu công việc
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance with minimum of 5 years’ experience in full set of accounts.
- Certified Public Accountant CPA or ACCA are strongly preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of Accounting Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Able to communicate and write well in English as need to engage with people from different countries.
- Quick learner, very analytical and detailed oriented.
