Job Description:

• Verify and review accounting entries and documents within MISA software.

• Check and maintain payment records, expenses, and accounts payable; record expenses, fixed assets, and tools within the system.

• Review, develop, and adjust accounting, tax, and management processes to minimize risks and enhance company benefits.

• Monitor and oversee the company's accounts payable and expense management.

• Prepare financial and management accounting reports as required.

• Prepare and submit contractor tax reports and VAT input reports.

• Review the legality and validity of contracts, both in English and Vietnamese.

• Train and guide departments on accounting procedures and forms.

• Collaborate with auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• A strong passion for accounting and a commitment to continuous learning.

• English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 800 or higher.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

• Honest, detail-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in using MISA software.
