* ESG Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute corporate ESG/sustainability initiatives and strategies.
- Support the organisation to successfully execute its ESG Strategy, ensuring alignment with the business's wider strategies and goals.
- Include owning and managing the implementation of targeted ESG initiatives set out in the annual ESG Action Plan.
- Monitor and report on the implementation of the ESG Action Plan.
- Support the development of the decarbonisation plans, including reduction target setting.
- Review and analysing corporate activities and provide recommendations related to enhancing the ESG/sustainability Strategy, methods, framework, and related tools.
- Create policies and guidelines related to sustainability programmes effecting ESG in the organisation.
- Overseen Supply Chain program of the company to ensure the sustainability.
* Environmental Sustainability: Lead efforts to reduce our environmental footprint, including energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable sourcing.
* Social Responsibility: Oversee the implementation of our Social Accountability Policy, which includes compliance with international instruments, labour standards, and non-discrimination principles.
* Governance Excellence:
- Ensure that the company adheres to strong governance practices, including transparency, ethical conduct, and compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Advise the business on the practical application of sustainability frameworks and standards.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors, customers, employees, and the community, to promote ESG initiatives.
* Reporting and Disclosure: Prepare and communicate regular reports on consumption by the business on performance against ESG targets/KPIs to senior management, the board of directors, and external stakeholders.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate ESG-related risks that could impact the company's reputation or financial performance.
* ESG Education: Provide education and training to employees to foster a culture of sustainability and responsibility throughout the organization.
