Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented General Manager to oversee the operations of our three clinics in Ho Chi Minh City. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in driving business growth, team development, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Overall Business Management:
• Develop and execute the clinic's strategic plan in alignment with GMG's overall vision.
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the P&L and financial performance of the clinics.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team across all departments (marketing, accounting, HR, clinical, and sales).
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement performance management systems and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills.
Operational Excellence:
• Optimize clinic operations to ensure efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Implement robust quality control measures and patient safety protocols.
• Manage inventory and supply chain effectively.
• Oversee clinic facilities and equipment maintenance.
Sales and Marketing:
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition.
• Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
Business Development:
• Explore new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the clinic's offerings.
• Develop a growth strategy for the clinic and oversee its implementation.
Requirements
• Proven track record in managing a successful aesthetics or healthcare business.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of the aesthetics industry and market trends.
• Proficiency in financial management and analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Vietnamese.

This role requires a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual with a passion for the beauty industry. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the executive team and contribute to the overall growth of Glo Medical Group.
