Mô tả công việc
Scheduler, Workforce Optimization is responsible for the daily pit/allocation of appropriately skilled employees rostered throughout assigned Departments.
- Revise daily pit, allocation in a timely manner which fulfil all operational demands in accordance with relevant Policies and Procedures
- Effectively manager and problem solve issues relating to last minute changes in business requirements. Be pro-active in identifying any shortfalls or anomalies and identifying them to the supervisor.
- Assess and process requests based on business demand.
- Maintain records relating to leaves of absences, sick calls, suspensions and special days off as they relate to the daily and fortnightly rosters.
- Ensure all customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times. Including verbal communication over the phone, verbal communication face to face and written communication.
- Act in accordance with and administer established policies and procedures appropriately.
- Display an advanced working knowledge of the software packages used by the department.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Other duties as may be required from time to time by Line Manager, Head of Division and the Company Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese languages.
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations with experience in compensation and benefits.
- Experience in the casino, hospitality would be preferred.
