Key Responsibilities:

Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Send payment checks along with remittance advice to vendors.
Review and input petty cash reimbursements into the accounting system.
Stamp all paid invoices and documents before requesting authorized signatures.
Confirm accuracy of payment checks (amount, signatures, mailing address) before dispatching to vendors.
Ensure all invoices are inspected, stamped, and accurately recorded.
Prepare payable vouchers, record expenses in the journal, and generate payment checks.
Support the preparation of the monthly Accounts Payable schedule and assist in month- end financial reporting.
Match invoices with the Daily Receiving Summary and verify alignment with approved Purchase Orders or order forms.
Responsible for reviewing and processing all vendor invoices and payment documents in line with company policies.
Record all issued checks in the Cash Disbursement Journal.
Ensure full compliance with hotel policies and internal controls; escalate issues to supervisors as needed.
Maintain the Accounts Payable sub- ledger and ensure timely payments based on contract terms.

Familiar with hotel internal controls and financial systems (Check EAM is a plus).
Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
At least 2 years of experience in an international hotel; 1 year in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with financial reporting is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
Good attention to detail, well- organized, and team- oriented.
University degree in Accounting with a valid work permit.
