Project Management: Oversee multiple projects across all management phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to software development standards, practices, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Coordination: Work with the Vietnamese team and negotiate with other teams to ensure projects meet deadlines and maintain quality.
Leadership: Lead and motivate the development team. Provide feedback, mentoring, and professional development support.
Product Management: Lead the team in design methods, risk management, and product backlog management.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure successful project outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
Must Have:
Experience: At least 8 years in project management/team management with a strong technical background.
Technical Knowledge: Previous experience as a technical lead is a plus. Experience in fixed-price projects and working with the US market.
Project Management: Strong knowledge of project management practices (budgeting, planning, monitoring, control, quality management, and communication).
Methodology Expertise: Proficient in Scrum methodology (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
Leadership Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to solve problems creatively with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Communication: Strong English communication skills are required.
Customer-Focused: Ability to lead discussions related to products/applications/modules/teams.
Nice to Have:
Additional Methodologies: Experience with Agile, XP, LEAN, and DevOps.
Tools: Jira/Confluence experience is preferred.
Technical Experience: Experience with programming languages and frameworks like React Native, ReactJS, Java Spring, or NodeJS.
International Experience: International education and/or experience working abroad is a plus.
Scrum Certifications: CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II.
Coaching: Ability to mentor and train less senior colleagues.
