JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Assistant, Sales Support plays a crucial role in facilitating sales operations. This position collaborates closely with the Distribution Team to ensure smooth processes related to dealer, agent, and partner management, code creation, and training initiatives across the South and Central regions of Vietnam.

JOB DUTIES
• Policy & Process Support:

• Prepare and process proposals for nominated CAs/teams
• Handle Premia-related tasks for products not yet defined on Collaborator.
• Ensure compliance with procedures for agent recruitment, termination, contracts, and agreement signing.
• Maintain and update agency documentation, including personal records collection, filing, and system updates.

• System & Data Management:

• Accurately assign commissions to all producers' accounts within the 3i system.
• Collaborate with the IT department to set up sales accounts and manage user access on company systems.
• POS stock control: manage POS items, record, and prepare reports periodically.

• Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience, preferably in a sales support or administrative role.
• Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team player.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
