This state-of-the-art site will produce advanced products, including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.

About The Role

We are looking for an HR Officer to support HR operations at our Bac Giang plant. This role ensures timely recruitment of qualified talent, manages HR administrative tasks, and helps maintain compliance with legal and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the hiring process to meet manpower needs, including sourcing candidates via labor markets, colleges, headhunters, and job postings.
• Manage daily attendance tracking and prepare attendance reports.
• Handle social insurance documentation and ensure premium healthcare delivery for employees and dependents.
• Provide interpretation support and assist with HR-related projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies on 6S, Kaizen, EHS, RBA, and asset protection.
• Contribute to Molex TQM, Six Sigma, ISO, and other management systems by following approved procedures.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• Required: College degree
• Preferred: Degree in Administration, Human Resources, Languages, or Teaching
  
  
  

Experience:

• HR or administrative experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong skills are welcome).
