Your Job

You will support PJM for product transfer as key member, establish and optimize process platforms to provide a technical support for product production; analyse and address process anomalies to ensure product quality and reliability.

Our Team

The Process Engineer will work with internal & external individuals

Internal: PJM, Peers, groups, QA, PMC, field sales, marketing etc.

External: Customers, suppliers etc.

What You Will Do

• Receive overseas training and implement product & process transfer locally.
• Conduct continuous process optimization based on requirements to enhance product production efficiency, reduce operational complexity, and standardize procedures.
• Stabilize and improve the quality and efficiency of in-scope process steps.
• Responsible for training employees on relevant processes and evaluating their qualifications for specific job positions.
• Establish and update the process documentation.
• Assist product engineers in ongoing improvement of specific product processes, providing effective enhancement solutions.
• Collaborate with product engineers to analyse and confirm non-conforming or scrapped products resulting from this process and provide appropriate corrective measures.
• Perform other related work tasks assigned by management.
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Mechanical/optical/electrical Engineering
• Full-time bachelor's degree or above. At least 2 years of relevant experience in engineering or process positions.
• Experience in the electronics or optical communication industry
  
  
  

What Will Put You Ahead

• English and Chinese and Vietnamese can be proficient in written and spoken communication.
• Good at mail in the form of written communication, familiar with PPT, Word, Excel and other office software.
• Good communication and expression skills, clear logical thinking, and a positive attitude. Familiar with the manufacturing process.
• Willing to accept long-term overseas business trips.
• Good knowledge of optical or electrical.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes
• Familiar with QA analysis tools priority given to those with 6sigma analysis and lean production capabilities.
