• Your Job
• Your primary purpose in this role is to assist the department manager and supervisor in managing the maintenance and improvement of press-dies, equipment, and machines to ensure quality, productivity, and output goals are met.
• Our Team
• You will be joining the CCS division, working closely with supervisors and senior technicians in production. This role requires collaboration with all departments to enhance the operation's efficiency and effectiveness.
• What You Will Do
• Lead the maintenance and improvement of machines, equipment, and press-dies.
• Facilitate training and information exchange meetings to address non-conformance and improve overall productivity and quality.
• Monitor production quality performance and collaborate with engineers and technicians for necessary repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure operators adhere to standard operating procedures and processes.
• Contribute to establishing and implementing PFMEA, standards, work instructions, and other procedural documents.
• Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
• Possess a college degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing companies.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge in engineering, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
• Exhibit skills in performance assessment, standards creation, and human relations.
• Proficient in design and AutoCAD.
• What Will Put You Ahead
• Additional expertise in Kaizen and basic management principles.
• Strong on-the-job training and coaching skills to enhance team performance.
• Participation in Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, or International Standards Organization (ISO) initiatives is a plus
