To perform audit with regard to standard screen wallpaper, antivirus, games and passwords.
To ensure that computer passwords are regularly changed.
To perform computer generated month end report and prepare other reports that may be required by
the Management.
To perform the required back up regularly.
To assist the Finance-Accounting Department in reconciling subsidiary ledger balance as generated by computer and the general ledger balance as produced by another system.
To assist in providing adequate solutions to IT needs.
To assist in ensuring the Hotel computer systems are installed and operating properly, that system
security measures are in place.
To assist in rebuilding data corrupted by either hardware or software faults.
To assist in performing regular computer audits in the search of unauthorized programs, improper
setup, loophole in security setup.
To maintain and inventory of all hardware and software.
To keep all software in the safe vault.
To do the routine system set-ups as may be required by software and/or programs.
To attend to computer problems, both of software and hardware problems.
To coordinate with the IT Manager in preparing the monthly duty roster.
To train staff to operate specific IT programs.
To be able to protect safeguard computer hardware and software against loss and/or damages due to
gross negligence.
To be familiar with MICROS, FIDELIO, OPERA, GALAXY, SunSystem, office automation and
networking.
To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
To adhere to personal grooming and hygiene standards.
To comply with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy.
To attend hotel and departmental meetings and training sessions fully.
To assist operations and attend guest’s needs at all times.
To perform other duties which may be assigned by the Management from time to time.

2 years of working experience in a similar position
Basic English communication
Strong knowledge of system maintenance, network management, and cybersecurity.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Willing to work shifts
