Mô Tả Công Việc

As part of the PSS team, you will work under Chief of Staff to support the Line of Service (LoS) Leader in terms of Operational administration, Strategic priorities and LoS business management. Supporting areas of your team include:
- Strategic priorities and daily Deals operations
- Team engagement and collaborative working environment
- Communication bridge between Deals Leadership and wider team
- Efficiency and productivity improvement

Responsibilities for PSS Senior Associate include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in Deals from LoS & x-LoS colleagues to push things forward and achieve targets within proposed timeline;
- Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in the materials produced;
- Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly;
- Do monthly and quarterly standard reports;
- Propose creative solutions to solve problems;
- Meeting preparation and follow up to ensure action plans are conducted;
- Responsible for delegated activities and supporting the LoS Leader as appropriate on a range of strategic and operational matters;
- Provide administrative support to Deals Partners and project teams upon business need;
- Play a key role in team bonding activities;
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required by CoS for the strategic assistance for LoS Leader.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field;
- 3~4 years of applicable experience in internal management role;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect the dots between business strategy, operations and people engagement. Good whole leadership, business acumen;
- A strong problem-solver. Able to work calmly under pressure and is open for feedback;
- An analytical mind-set and attention to details;
- Possessing a learning mindset and a strong management skills;
- Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and deliver projects/tasks on time, sometimes to strict deadlines;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficient in Office tools and Google Suite with strong reporting skills;
- Good at design and creativity is an advantages.
