· Support PH Warehouses to develop, implement and support the operational excellence, principles, systems, and tools. E.g. PMO Tools, KPI measurement, WMS and TMS SOP/WI, Kaizen, 5S, visualization cycle counts best practice & implementation methodology, etc.

· Implement operational excellence strategies to contribute to improvements, process standardization and cost savings in PH WH operations.

· Support the development of KPI measurements & dashboards to provide transparency into cost and operational & customer performance.

· Support productivity improvement & concepts to local leadership to support continuous improvement of existing processes, material flows and transportation procedures.

· Support sales and solution design teams with selling activities involving WMS/TMS strategies and onboarding process of new customers.

· Issue management and fire fighting in case of serious operational & performance issues.

· Assist in setting annual operational targets and help drive improvements to achieve those targets.

· Utilize project management skills and experience, effectively communicating and demonstrating successful organizational, planning and execution skills.

· Drive the overall implementation (PMO) or being part of the team support (PMT) when awarded a new customer to ensure the completion within timeline and budget.

· Create the business scope and requirement to ensure that all relevant parties have the same understanding when implementing projects.

· Provide project updates via control documents of risks, progression, budget, timeline, and support requirement throughout the project to key project stake holder and sponsor.

· Reports to the Director.
