1/ Training program development:
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop training plans to enhance Distributors’ business & leadership, skills and performance.
- Liaise with Regional Sales and Sales Admin function to design, resource, develop and deliver Sales training programs and training supporting materials which meet the needs of Distributor groups and are consistent with the business overall training plan.

2/ Accountable for business training operations under the assigned category
- Delivery business training to distributions according to master plan
- Collect information and generate training reports for assigned regions and category
- Prepare and make training supporting material ready for trainees

3/ Responsible for Partner Trainer management
- Short-list qualified contractual trainers & conduct training courses for contractual trainers according to designed training plan
- Manage and monitor contractual trainers performance

4/ Contents development for online training channels: LMS system (E-learning) & Zoom Training
- Design, develop and implement online training system/contents and blended programs
- Produce instructional design documents such as storyboards, scripts, media lists and assessment tools.
- Document processes and standards in the creation of online course materials such as templates, checklists and guidelines.
- Review, pilot, deploy and evaluate online training system course products.
