- Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally and channelled to appropriate for assistance.
Follow the Sofitel Standard.
- Greet guests in a friendly, smiley face and professional manner.
- Handle all Spa services’ booking and make booking arrangement accordingly.
- Escort guest to Spa Lounge at first floor.
- Be knowledgeable about all aspects of the Spa services and facilities.
- Provide information and literature of facility in person and via telephone.
- Control entry into all areas of facility by restricting all un-authorised individuals.
- Collect moneys or other suitable payment from clients for all services rendered.
- Treatment bookings and arrangement
- Exercise thorough knowledge of opening and closing procedures.
- Conduct Spa tours if required.
- Ensure smooth operation of Spa receptions
- Respond to inquiries by phone and in person, providing complete details of all Spa aspects.
- Handle special assignments and secretarial duties if require
- Upsell sales package, retail following the Sofitel Spa concept.
- Maintain the guest profile (Fidelio).
- Assist in the administration and implementation of staff training in reception operations i.e. business telephone usage, Guest relations, Spa treatments (massage, scrub, facial, etc.), retail sales.
