Purchase with correct specification/ demand/ delivery lead time of ingredients, co packing service and other components.
Interface with cross functional team members to ensure specification accuracy.
Supplier meeting/ visit
Work with customers, vendors and engineering on the development and design of packaging to meet required customer and plant specifications
Follow bidding result from group
Responsible for price setup in SAP
Conduct market trend studies and price/cost analysis Monitor and track specific commodity market trends, communicate critical changes, and propose coverage levels to leadership
Provide market intelligence for incumbent categories and prepare annual report of conducted market survey for top 3 spending
Closely work with CEPG, follow up with suppliers and SC team to drive POV
Procurement reports
Rebate collection
Provide support to operational procurement team, vendor negotiations and corrective actions upon under-performing suppliers
Propose update, consult Director and get assistance on any difficulties or issues
Participate in planning meeting, packaging optimization meeting to understand new requirement vs supply ability to support sales
Self-learning to improve skills and develop capabilities
Sharing to team for implementing developed strategies and applying best practices

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Graduated in College or above in Procurement, Materials Management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related disciplines
At least 3-5 years relevant experience in sourcing and development of material supplier sub-contractor, and project management in manufacturing companies in Vietnam
Excellent analytical, communication negotiation skills
Honest and strictly complying with professional ethics
Positive open mind, self-motivated, work independent, team player
