I/  Scope and purpose of work:

The F&B Sales Manager is responsible for driving the revenue and growth of the Food & Beverage (F&B) department. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and working closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to maximizing sales and enhancing the guest experience..

II/ Duties and responsibilities:

 Develop and implement strategic sales plans

 Identify and target potential clients and markets to generate new business.

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

 Collaborate with marketing to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.

 Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed about competitors and industry trends.

 Organize and participate in sales events, exhibitions, and trade shows.

 Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.

 Prepare sales reports and forecasts for GM review.

 Work collaboratively with other Department Functions and other Properties and Head Office.

Graduating in Universities, Colleges in Tourism & Hospitality Management

2. Computer skills

Office Suites (Microsoft Office, Google Suites).

3. Foreign language

Clear concise written and refined verbal communication skills in Vietnamese with working proficiency in English.

4. Professional background

 0–2-year experience in equivalent position.

Experience in proactive lead generation in hospitality and sales discipline; knowledge the restaurant management or related major

5. Managerial experience

Service oriented style with professional presentation skills.

Ability to manage their time and prioritize workload.

Team player and flexible working style.

An eye for detail, in the scenario of fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
