What You’ll Be Doing
- Work with stakeholders to identify and document business needs as well as study the organizational processes, evaluate the business models to suggest new technological changes
- Performing data analysis and identifying the loopholes that prevail
- Elicit requirements using various techniques such as interviews, focus groups, workshops, etc.
- Analyze business requirements and produce corresponding business and technical specifications
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that requirements are understood and properly translated into technical designs
- Ensure that the solutions delivered by the development team meet the business requirements
- Maintain a requirements traceability matrix to ensure that all requirements are accounted for during the project life cycle
- Conduct impact analysis of changes to business requirements
- Facilitate various project meetings such as kick-off, status, design, etc.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other project deliverables
- Provide input to project plans and schedules
- Ensure that the developed system meets the business needs
- Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies by continuously being up-to-date on the latest methodologies and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Supporting product owners through Scrum activities or playing the role of product owner when required
If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant majors
- Any additional certification or training in Business Analyst would be a desire
- Excellent at English communication in both written and verbal skills
- Hands-on at least 5 years of experience in Business Analyst
- Solid understanding and knowledge of technical, system architecture, coding languages or database
- Advanced proficiency in using suitable tools for business modelling, drawing business flows/diagrams
- Acquire good interaction and presentation skills with stakeholders, developers, testers and team leader
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, negotiation and analytical competencies with an emphasis on product development
- Familiarity with the use of Use Cases as requirements gathering/analysis tool
- Understanding test-driven development requirements
- Passionate about solving customer and business problems
- Experience with user story mapping and acceptance criteria definition
- Experience in performing end-user interviews, formulating and documenting well-formed user stories with detailed acceptance criteria
- Experience in owning products and working cross-functionally with development teams to manage the day-to-day activities
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile work management tools

Tiền thân của công ty là công ty cổ phần Bảo hiểm Nhà Rồng được thành lập và đi vào hoạt động năm 1995. Năm 2012 Bộ Tài chính cấp Giấy phép điều chỉnh số 05/GPĐC16/KDBH chấp thuận việc đổi tên công ty thành Tổng Công ty Cổ phần Bảo hiểm Bảo Long (Bảo Long). Đầu năm 2016, Bảo Long chính thức tăng vốn điều lệ từ 403,6 tỷ đồng lên 500 tỷ đồng theo Giấy phép điều chỉnh số 71/GPĐC9/KDBH do Bộ Tài chính cấp.
Phát triển qua hơn 10 năm trên thị trường Việt Nam, Tổng công ty Bảo hiểm Bảo Long đã khẳng định là một trong những thương hiệu hàng đầu trên thị trường bảo hiểm. Bên cạnh việc phát triển sản phẩm, để phục vụ tốt cho khách hàng, Bảo Long luôn quan tâm xây dựng cơ sở và phát triển mạng lưới với 659 đại lý bảo hiểm đưa sản phẩm bảo hiểm tới tận tay người có nhu cầu bảo hiểm, tuyên truyền giải thích tư vấn cho khách hàng tham gia bảo hiểm. Trong tương lai, công ty sẽ tiếp tục hoạt động theo hướng ngày càng chuẩn hóa cùng với phương châm “Đồng hành, đồng chia sẻ” để Bảo Long không ngừng cải tiến, mang lại dịch vụ tốt nhất cho mọi khách hàng.

Lịch sử thành lập
- Ngày 11/07/1995, Tổng Công ty Cổ phần Bảo hiểm Bảo Long (tiền thân là Công ty Cổ phần Bảo hiểm Nhà Rồng) được thành lập và chính thức đi vào hoạt động kinh doanh. Bảo Long là Công ty Cổ phần Bảo hiểm đầu tiên hoạt động trên lĩnh vực Bảo hiểm phi nhân thọ tại Việt Nam.
- Ngày 14/5/2012, Bộ Tài chính cấp Giấy phép điều chỉnh số 05/GPĐC16/KDBH chấp thuận việc đổi tên Công ty Cổ phần Bảo hiểm Nhà Rồng thành Tổng Công ty Cổ phần Bảo hiểm Bảo Long
- Năm 2013, Bảo Long đã mở rộng mạng lưới hoạt động thông qua việc thành lập thêm 06 Đơn vị thành viên, nâng tổng số Đơn vị thành viên lên 19 đơn vị
- Ngày 14/04/2014, Bảo Long được Bộ Tài Chính cấp Giấy phép thành lập và hoạt động số 71GP/KDBH chấp thuận Ngân hàng TMCP Sài Gòn (SCB) là Cổ đông chiến lược của Bảo Long.
- Ngày 11/12/2015, hơn 40,3 triệu cổ phiếu (CP) của Bảo Long chính thức được giao dịch trên sàn UPCOM, với mã chứng khoán BLI. Cùng năm đó, Bảo Long đã kỷ niệm 20 năm thành lập, chính thức tăng vốn điều lệ lên 404 tỷ đồng, thành lập thêm 9 đơn vị thành viên, nâng tổng số đơn vị thành viên lên 30 đơn vị.
- Năm 2016, Bảo Long tiếp tục tăng vốn điều lệ từ 404 tỷ đồng lên 500 tỷ đồng theo Giấy phép điều chỉnh số 71/GPD9C9/KDBH do Bộ Tài Chính cấp, thành lập thêm 11 đơn vị thành viên, nâng tổng số đơn vị thành viên lên 41 đơn vị. Bảo Long vinh dự được bình chọn Top 10 Công ty bảo hiểm uy tín nhất Việt Nam, Thương hiệu Mạnh Việt Nam năm 2016.
- Ngày 07/04/2017, Bảo Long chính thức tăng vốn điều lệ từ 500 tỷ đồng lên 600 tỷ đồng theo Giấy phép điều chỉnh số 71/GPĐC18/KDBH do Bộ Tài Chính cấp. Trong năm, Bảo Long thành lập thêm 05 đơn vị thành viên, nâng tổng số đơn vị thành viên lên 46 đơn vị và tiếp tục nhận được giải thưởng Top 10 Công ty bảo hiểm uy tín nhất Việt Nam, Thương hiệu Mạnh Việt Nam 3 năm liên tiếp 2015 - 2016 - 2017.
- Năm 2018, Với mục tiêu CHUYỂN ĐỔI TOÀN DIỆN – NÂNG TẦM THƯƠNG HIỆU, Bảo Long đã đạt được dấu ấn 1,092 tỷ đồng doanh thu, vượt cột mốc 1,000 tỷ đồng, đánh dấu một tầm cao mới của Bảo Long trên thị trường bảo hiểm Việt Nam. Đây là bước đệm quan trọng để Bảo Long hướng đến Doanh nghiệp 2000 tỷ vào năm 2022 theo chiến lược mà Đại hội đồng cổ đông đã đề ra.
- Năm 2019, Bảo Long tiếp tục kiện toàn bộ máy cơ cấu tổ chức, phân vùng hoạt động kinh doanh thành 2 trung tâm kinh doanh miền và 9 vùng trải dài từ Bắc chí Nam.
- Năm 2020, Bảo Long nỗ lực nâng cao cơ cấu tổ chức, thay đổi các chính sách kinh doanh nhằm vượt qua khó khăn của thị trường trong thời điểm dịch bệnh Covid-19. Bảo Long tiếp tục nhận được giải thưởng
- Năm 2021, Bảo Long tiếp tục hoàn thiện bộ máy nhân sự Lãnh đạo. Ra mắt nhiều sản phẩm dịch vụ có chất lượng quốc tế, tập trung phủ sóng truyền thông kỹ thuật số nhằm hướng đến cột mốc 2.000 tỷ doanh thu.
- Năm 2022, Bảo Long kết thúc chặng đường kế hoạch 5 năm, mở ra một kế hoạch mới tiếp tục đẩy mạnh và hoàn thiện hệ thống bảo hiểm số. Song song tiến hành các chính sách củng cố và huấn luyện nhân sự nhằm thu hút thêm nhiều tài năng.
