Job Overview:

Lead and strategize business development, growth, and implementation of services related to Amazon Web Services (AWS). Ensure revenue growth, market expansion, and establish CMC TS as a leading strategic partner of AWS in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

1.AWS Business Management and Development:

• Develop business strategies and market expansion plans for AWS services, including Cloud Migration, Cloud Optimization, DevOps, and Managed Services on the AWS platform.
• Establish and maintain relationships with AWS and related partners to optimize business opportunities and strategic support.
• Identify business opportunities and develop customized solutions based on customer needs.
• Propose and implement new initiatives to enhance the value of AWS services for customers.

2.Leadership and Development of AWS Team:

• Build, train, and manage a team of AWS experts, including engineers and business personnel.
• Communicate vision, strategic goals, and support the team in achieving set KPIs.
• Guide the technical team towards deep professional development to meet AWS's highest standards.

3.AWS Operations Management:

• Oversee all AWS project implementations, ensuring quality, timelines, and business efficiency.
• Assess and manage risks related to security, compliance, and operations on the AWS platform.
• Optimize AWS costs for customers and improve the efficiency of cloud service usage.

4.Strategic Consulting:

• Contribute to the development of the company's cloud strategy, focusing on AWS solutions.
• Advise customers on solutions to optimize costs and effectively utilize AWS services.

Additional detailed tasks will be discussed during the interview.

Requirements:

1.Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Cloud Computing, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of extensive experience with AWS, including services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, etc.
• Possession of AWS professional certifications, preferably advanced ones such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional.
• Experience in building and deploying large-scale projects on the AWS platform.

2.Skills:

• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build and manage a high-expertise team.
• Deep understanding of AWS architecture, cloud security, and system performance optimization.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with partners and customers.
• Proficiency in English for communication and report writing.
