Client Account Manager is responsible for their own individual brands to bring their ideas and concepts to life in the most efficient and effective manner. Their main responsibilities include hitting their individual and company target, overseeing their brands communication, liaising with Client Account Director on any brand updates, opportunities or business. The Client Account Manager's are there from start to finish and are on‐site for their clients. Their focus is on their client's to ensure they are happy with the quality, service, price and lead time that UA are offering whilst also selling. They are responsible for selling Un‐Available products to brands and customers and travelling internationally to meet clients, and research the market. They will need to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing brands as well as supporting other team members and departments to ensure business continues to grow.

Job Responsibilities:

Revenue & Forecasting

• Identify and grow opportunities with the Client Account Director.
• Support revenue tracking, budgeting, and margin improvements.
• Analyze costs and optimize development, production, and pricing.
• Anticipate customer needs and analyze market trends.

Sales & Marketing

• Assist in preparing sales tools and materials for clients.
• Ensure accurate branding and documentation execution.
• Maintain up-to-date showroom and sales resources.
• Conduct brand SWOT analysis for continuous improvement.

Systems & Operations

• Manage defected garments and customer feedback tracking.
• Oversee development/production timelines to meet deadlines.
• Align factory capacity with client expectations.

Communication & Relationship Management

• Ensure smooth client communication and delivery of solutions.
• Address client challenges and coordinate internal teams.
• Oversee brand communication across platforms (Email, WhatsApp, etc.).
• Strengthen cross-department collaboration to streamline processes.

Design & Innovation

• Research trends and present new ideas to brands.
• Innovate product development, including fabrics and trims.
• Lead projects and contribute to international market insights.

Reporting

• Relay key meeting insights to internal teams.
• Communicate and influence stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion field

Experience: 1-2 years of same level in garment field; and delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs

Knowledge: Production and garment fashion knowledge.

Skills:

- English native

- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key personnel within Un-Available and Un-Available’s customer network.

- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
