- Preparing and negotiating proposals while managing sales and revenue reporting.
- Supporting Panel Builders and OEMs with cost-benefit analyses to highlight product advantages.
- Building and maintaining strong customer-focused networks.
- Analyzing distributors’ markets and needs to uncover business opportunities for Siemens products.
- Providing CRM insights for accurate forecasting and strategic planning.
- Planning sales volumes and identifying opportunities with target distributors and Panel Builders in the South Territory.

CÔNG TY TNHH TƯ VẤN DU LỊCH & QUẢN LÝ KHÁCH SẠN VIET ORIENT, tên viết tắt là Viet Orient Hospitality (VOH) được thành lập bởi ông Nguyễn Văn Quảng. Hoạt động kinh doanh chính của VIET ORIENT HOSPITALITY là cung cấp dịch vụ tư vấn, set up, đào tạo và quản lý khách sạn, khu nghỉ dưỡng và hiện nay Công ty đã có các sản phẩm tại Hạ Long, Sapa và Đà Nẵng, trong tương lai Công ty sẽ mở rộng địa bàn trên toàn quốc. Xuất phát từ nhu cầu phát triển của ngành du lịch, đội ngũ chuyên gia của Công ty là tập hợp những nhân sự cấp cao làm việc trong ngành dịch vụ du lịch khách sạn lâu năm của các tập đoàn quốc tế như: Accor, Starwood, IHG, Hilton…. Các thành viên này tập hợp lại để xây dựng thành một công ty tư vấn, set up và quản lý khách sạn, nhằm khẳng định vị thế của người Việt trong lĩnh vực du lịch, khách sạn. Chính vì vậy, Công ty chú trọng vào việc đào tạo đội ngũ nhân viên chuyên nghiệp ngay từ ban đầu. Các vị trí có thể lấy từ các khách sạn đang hoạt động, đã có nhiều kinh nghiệm để tư vấn, set up và vận hành.
