• Be developing and driving our owned channels, microsite and brand.com website effectiveness as these are the key to increasing customer loyalty, attracting new business and driving conversion.

• Manage daily marketing activities, OTAs such as Agoda, Booking.com and meta sites, plan and assign work and proactively manage key relationships.

• Assist in the annual marketing strategy and budget process, consulting to ensure channel optimisation for direct revenue, resource allocation, risk identification and new business opportunities.

• Create, develop and execute on strategies related to marketing, communication, PR, social media and digital advertising whilst implementing digital marketing strategy through programmes and initiatives to stimulate demand.

• Leverage all programmes, platforms and initiatives from IHG Corporate for deployment on property through distribution channels, strengthening customer relationships through Social and Earned Media, and monitoring both hotel, outlet and competitors’ presence on social media for performance enhancement.

• Works with superior on manpower planning and management needs and Department’s budget

• Builds profile within local market place through attendance at various events and local market place

• Co-ordinates hotel photography when required

• Demonstrated expertise of online marketing as well as offline

• Creative, innovative and aware of new technology trends in the travel industry

• Engaged in social media platforms (e.g. Facebook)

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Photoshop skills will be a plus

• Team player and excellent interpersonal skills

Qualification:

• Degree level in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Experience:

• 3 years experiences in Marketing, Digital Marketing.

• Advertising Agency, Travel industry system connectivity, Online Travel Agents, Central Reservation Office background or combination of any above is highly desired.
