• Assist in managing and organizing purchasing documentation and records in accordance with hotel standards.
• Support the Purchasing Officer in obtaining quotations, comparing prices, and preparing purchase requests.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Help input and update prices, supplier details, and purchasing data into the MC system accurately.
• Conduct basic market research to compare daily market prices and identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
• Support the team in reviewing product alternatives with relevant departments to optimize quality and cost.
• Assist in monitoring supplier performance and compiling monthly reports on pricing and delivery accuracy.
• Maintain good communication and coordination with internal departments to meet their purchasing needs.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Supervisor and Procurement Manager.

• Hands-on experience in a professional working environment.
• Training and guidance from the Finance/Purchasing team.
• Internship allowance: VND 1,000,000/month.
• Internship certificate upon completion.

• Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Logistics or related fields.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Able to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
