Marvell’s Central Engineering organization is seeking highly motivated and curious interns to join our Analog/Mixed-Signal IC and AI Systems R&D team. This internship is designed for students who are passionate about analog/mixed-signal design, intelligent systems, and the future of semiconductor innovation.
This is more than a typical internship—it’s a launchpad. Interns will be embedded in a fast-paced, cross-disciplinary team that sits at the intersection of IC design, system integration, and AI tooling. You’ll gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from industry leaders, and contribute to real projects that drive Marvell’s product and R&D roadmap.
What You Can Expect
What You’ll Do
AI Systems and Hardware-Aware Modeling
- Explore AI workflows and develop scripts/models that assist in IC calibration, prediction, or optimization.
- Specialized model building and fine-tuning for circuit exploration, design, & validation
- Contribute to prototyping and automation tasks involving Python, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
- Participate in cross-functional work that brings together hardware, software, and algorithm layers.
- Assist with system-level test setups, data analysis, and verification tasks.
- Join a collaborative team environment that encourages asking questions, sharing ideas, and thinking beyond your current domain.
- Work alongside experienced engineers and researchers to learn best practices and deepen your technical foundation.

Minimum Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Enrolled in Bachelor (3rd/4th year) in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a related field. Early-stage Master and PhD students are also welcomed.
- Strong fundamentals in deep learning systems or model development
- Experience with AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.) is a plus
- Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and a growth mindset.
- Prior internship or research experience in AI workflow or system modeling development
- Familiarity with scripting (Python, MATLAB) or data visualization tools

Computer Vision Internship là chương trình thực tập dành cho sinh viên ngành công nghệ thông tin, trí tuệ nhân tạo hoặc kỹ thuật máy tính, hỗ trợ nghiên cứu và phát triển các ứng dụng liên quan đến thị giác máy tính.
