Role Description
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong system thinking and architecture mindset to join our team in building and optimizing a long-term strategic ERP platform.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex business logic problems, designing scalable systems, and working with high data integrity requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize backend systems for the ERP platform
- Design and implement Web APIs supporting complex business workflows and multi-state processes
- Analyze business requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions
- Optimize database performance, system stability, and scalability
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
- Contribute to system architecture decisions and coding standards
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with C# / .NET (preferably .NET 8+)
- Strong experience with ASP.NET Core Web API
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
- Solid understanding of:
- Transactions
- Concurrency control
- Data integrity
- Database design for business systems
- Experience working on large-scale systems (ERP / Business Applications)
- Clean code mindset, clear architecture design, scalable and maintainable development approach
Nice to Have
Experience working on:
- ERP
- CRM
- Accounting systems
- Business applications
Experience with:
- Large datasets & long-term historical data
- Background jobs
- Message queues
- Docker & CI/CD pipelines
Experience in complex business domains
