Main ResponsibilitiesCosting Responsibilities
- Record and manage accounting entries related to product costing.
- Calculate standard cost based on approved BOM, recipes, and cost budgets.
- Collect and verify actual expenses to determine the actual cost of goods produced.
- Control and analyze cost variances between actual consumption vs. standard.
- Prepare costing reports: product costing, order-based costing, and cost breakdown reports.
Inventory Responsibilities
- Monitor daily transactions of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods including inbound, outbound, and disposal movements.
- Review and update warehouse documents (Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Transfer, Return) ensuring accuracy in quantity, pricing, and approvals.
- Control material consumption and usage to ensure compliance with approved standards.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Warehouse, Kitchen/Bar, Procurement, Internal Control) to perform periodic and ad-hoc stock counts.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure proper resolution.
- Prepare reports related to material requirements, material usage, and inventory levels.
Cost Optimization & Support
- Conduct price surveys for raw materials and propose cost adjustments to optimize revenue and profit.
- Work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to improve cost control processes and material efficiency.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College or University degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Inventory Accounting, Cost Accounting, and basic tax regulations in Vietnam.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel is a must).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and high sense of responsibility.
- Honest, proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently.
