The Senior Finance Manager will lead the company's financial operations and corporate services. This position requires a strategic and analytical leader who can enhance operational efficiency, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of continuous improvement to create lasting impact.

Description

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and Capex planning aligned with business priorities.
Provide variance analysis and financial insights to support management decisions.
Oversee accurate and timely statutory, management, and consolidated reporting.
Ensure compliance with tax, audit, internal controls, and corporate policies.
Manage cash flow, funding needs, and banking activities with regional teams.
Partner with Treasury, Legal, and Tax on regional and strategic initiatives.
Drive cost optimization and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Strengthen governance and controls in line with business and supply chain strategy.
Oversee office administration, facilities, and outsourced service providers.
Lead facilities projects, asset management, business continuity, and talent development.

Profile

A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualifications are highly preferred.
Over 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles overseeing finance, statutory reporting, and corporate services across multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
Solid experience in ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
