* JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a dynamic Quality Engineering Supervisor to lead and manage quality engineering activities during the R&D and product development phases.​

• Supervise and mentor a team of quality engineers in the R&D phase.
• Oversee design verification and validation processes to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for design-related quality issues.
• Support the implementation and ensure that the requirements of the Quality Management System are put into practice on a permanent basis.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a robust reporting system of company performance to AC management at appropriate intervals.
• Lead to implement the organization problem solving process and system.
• Implement internal audit activity with records, follow up and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Ensure APQP and PPAP process is followed for new products and models. Assist as necessary on completion of process flow charts, FMEA and control plans for the product.
• Interface with Technical Department on Work Instruction development, proper inspection and gauging frequencies, and process doc. as required.
• Planning, supervision, lead implementation of QC tools
• Monitor tester performance and analyze recorded data to prevent failure during production.
• Manage the operation of quality test and inspection and liaison programs.
• Support QM to be in charge of all customers’ returns/complaints & keep track of all 8D and provide timely update status of corrective action / 8D.
• Cooperate with counterpart in AC Europe on product quality issue and customer satisfaction.
• Assist Technical Manager and Customer Services in warranty analysis and return sales from customer plants as required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in quality engineering, with a focus on R&D or product development.
• Strong understanding of design control processes, risk management, and validation techniques
• Strong quality engineering, Process, tooling and measurement
• Experience in the Position Quality Engineer Automotive Industry is a plus.
• Knowledge about Lean Management.
• Good Microsoft Office user skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Certified Lead Auditor on VDA 6.3 or IATF 16949 internal auditor is a plus.
