Job Purpose

• Manage HR activities aligned with company strategy, focusing on Training & Development to build a strong learning culture. Oversee HR compliance (Vietnamese labor laws, ISO/HSE), performance management, and workforce effectiveness. Drive employee engagement and reinforce company culture and core values through strategic people development and proactive issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training & Development

• Assess training needs and develop annual training plans.
• Organize onboarding, internal training, leadership and soft skills training.
• Develop training materials and internal trainers.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report training results.
• Manage learning & development budget.

2. HR Compliance & Labor Relations

• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law, internal policies and company regulations.
• Optimate update HR policies, procedures, internal labor regulations.
• Manage disciplinary processes, warnings, and employee relations cases.
• Coordinate with authorities during labor inspections or audits.
• Maintain confidentiality, accuracy and integrity of HR records.

3. Company Culture

• Development and reinforcement of company culture and core values through HR practices, training programs, and people development initiatives.
• Integrate company values, expected behaviors, and cultural standards into onboarding, internal training, leadership development, and employee development activities.
• Collect feedback from employees and managers related to workplace culture and engagement, and propose improvement actions where necessary.

4. HR Management & Reporting

• Support HR Manager in managing HR operations.
• Prepare periodic HR reports: training, compliance, employee relations, engagement.
• Propose improvement initiatives to HR systems and practices.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in Training & Development and HR Compliance.
• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, and relevant labor regulations.
• Experience working in manufacturing or ISO/HSE environment is an advantage.
• Strong planning, organizing, coordination and training skills.
• Good in English communication, presentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related systems.
