- Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
- Manage recruitment logistics including job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling and onboarding coordination
- Collaborate with hiring departments to understand recruitment needs and arrange interviews
- Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment status reports
- Prepare recruitment summaries and reports for internal use
- Participate in employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, university outreach and social media updates
- Assist in analyzing recruitment data and turnover trends
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment and pre-employment procedures
