- Design, deliver and improve non-technical training programs such as orientation, onboarding, leadership development, soft skills, English language training, train-the-trainer programs and annual seminars
- Collaborate with departments to conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and build competency-based development roadmaps
- Administer and optimize the LMS: manage user access, update content, track learning progress and analyze learning data
- Maintain training materials, test banks, certification records and training documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements
- Develop and deliver train-the-trainer programs to build instructional capacity across departments
- Evaluate trainer performance and support OJT and certification processes
- Establish trainer development pathways based on operational needs and competency levels
- Develop tools to measure training effectiveness and analyze training data to recommend improvements
- Provide regular reports on training outcomes and strategic recommendations to HR leadership
