2.1 Thực hiện các hợp đồng định kỳ và phát sinh (nếu có) của phòng Nhân sự và Tổng vụ.
Make contract periodically & occasionally of HR & GA Dept.
2.2 Thực hiện và quản lý việc mua và cấp phát văn phòng phẩm cho toàn Công ty (bao gồm các mua hàng phát sinh khác trong tuần/ tháng/ năm)
Manage, buy & issue stationery, items of household & canteen for company (include other buy in weekly/ monthly/ yearly).
2.3 Theo dõi bảo trì và sửa chữa xe cộ. Nộp phí sử dụng đường bộ, kiểm định xe.
Control, monitor maintenance, apply road using fee, verify for cars
2.4 Kiểm tra hệ thống nước uống, bảo dưỡng và thay thế các trụ lọc cho máy nước uống.
Check drinking water system, maintain & repair/ replace spare part, filter for water filter machine
2.5 Quản lý, theo dõi & đăng ký thủ tục cho các giấy phép người lao động (như: Visa, Passport, Thẻ tạm trú...)
Manage, follow & apply all permits for foreign (visa, passport, residence card...)
2.6 Quản lý và theo dõi thực phẩm cho công ty.
Manage & control food budget for company
2.7 Thực hiện thanh toán các chi phí của bộ phận Nhân sự & Tổng vụ (bao gồm qui trình tạm ứng, hoàn trả)
Perform payment proposal process for all cost of HR&GA (include: cash advance process, refund for cash advance process)
2.8 Thực hiện các công việc tổng vụ như: Làm mẫu sổ lưu hành nội bộ, theo dõi ngân sách phòng nhân sự tổng vụ, làm thông báo, báo cáo xăng dầu, lưu hồ sơ, in ấn, trang trí vào dịp lễ, tết, soạn quà, biếu quà...
