* JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Analyze data and customer behavior to boost website traffics and get leads.
- Work with other departments (design, development, support) to implement strategies.
- Support go-to-market strategies with blog posts, web content, landing pages, email campaigns, etc.
- Advertise products/services through paid channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads…).
- Support and follow up customers’ requests about services by email, chat, phone in English.
- Conduct other assigned tasks.
