We are seeking a talented Content Marketing Specialist specializing in creating and refining B2B content for English-speaking markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with SEO strategies and drives conversions in eCommerce and Retail industries.

You’ll be responsible for managing a team of freelance writers, reviewing and editing their content, and ensuring all output meets our quality standards. In addition, you’ll directly contribute by writing high-difficulty articles and optimizing content performance for better lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Content Editing: Review, edit, and refine content submitted by freelancers, ensuring quality standards are met before publication.
• Content Creation: Draft and write high-difficulty articles, creating outlines and tackling more complex pieces of content.
• Project Management: Collaborate with the SEO team and manage freelance content writers, assigning tasks and ensuring timely project completion.
• Conversion Optimization: Work with the content and SEO teams to improve content performance, optimizing for lead generation and conversions.
• Training & Support: Help train new freelance writers, ensuring they meet content standards, and support them throughout the onboarding process.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: At least 1.5 years of experience as a Content Editor or Writer, preferably in B2B markets targeting English-speaking audiences.
• English Proficiency: Equivalent level of good at English.
• Writing & Editing Skills: Demonstrated ability to research and produce high-quality, persuasive content. Strong proofreading skills to refine and enhance team submissions.
• SEO Knowledge: A solid understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them to optimize content for search rankings and conversion.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure content strategies align with SEO and lead generation goals.

Nice-to-have:

• Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs.
• eCommerce Knowledge: Preferred experience writing for topics related to platforms like Shopify, Magento, and other eCommerce solutions.
• Project Management: Experience managing a team of freelance writers, ensuring deadlines are met, and content aligns with quality standards.
