Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

Manage & monitor full process to qualification & maintain competence for all auditors, such as keeping qualify document, training oversea, training record, witness plan, training plan
Update document for the auditors
Elaboration of Plan of witness audits for auditors
Update and control auditors’ database on Siebel
Manage the process for training internal and external to maintain competence for auditor or initial qualification (full process from register –visa apply, hotel & ticket booking – payment – save certificate to qualification)
Monitor and maintain auditor competence for all schemes: Planning witness monitoring to maintain competence for all auditor in BVC base on the rule for each standard
Assist LTM in reviewing reports in compliance to CER-MS and procedures, Accreditation bodies ‘requirements
Assist to LTM in legal matters and documentation
Assist to arrange logistics and preparation for internal and external audit
Ensure CER staffs competence file is updated and match with requirements
Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.
Good English communication in both writing and speaking
At least 2 years experience in financial analysis in large-sized companies
Good command in Excel, be able to deal with complicated work sheets

Technical And Professional Skills

Understanding the policy and requirements of Bureau Veritas Certification
Understanding the Bureau Veritas Certification Management System and Accreditation requirements
Understanding the Know-How License Agreement
