Introduction

We are seeking several highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineers with expertise in both manual and automation testing to join our MarTech team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in quality assurance practices, a passion for delivering high-quality products, and the ability to lead and execute testing efforts across multiple projects. This role involves planning, designing, and executing comprehensive testing strategies while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and define quality goals.
• Perform functional, exploratory, usability, regression, and system testing.
• Identify, log, and track bugs to resolution using issue-tracking tools.
• Validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain robust, reusable, and scalable test automation frameworks.
• Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium…
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to ensure consistent and repeatable testing.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Mentor and guide junior QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Participate in design and code reviews, providing feedback from a QA perspective.
• Analyze testing outcomes and provide comprehensive test reports to stakeholders.
• Monitor quality metrics and propose solutions for improving product quality and testing efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance with a strong focus on both manual and automation testing.
• Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC).
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum or Kanban.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Hands-on experience with API testing and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with cross-browser testing tools.
• Familiarity with accessibility and security testing techniques.
