We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Admin Assistant to support our R&D and marketing operations. This role will ensure administrative efficiency and compliance while driving cross-functional collaboration and process improvement.

• Coordinate and track R&D-driven marketing campaigns.
• Manage performance data, project budgets, and documentation.
• Optimize administrative workflows and office operations.
• Organize events, training, and brand activities.
• Train teams in office software and tools.
• Represent the marketing department in key meetings.
• Delegate tasks and monitor team performance.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support recruitment and candidate engagement processes.

• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Trello/Asana.
• Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Independent problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
• Solid understanding of HR and labor regulations.
• Prior experience (2–3 years) in admin or similar support roles.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in relevant fields.
• Knowledge of e-sports or gaming is a plus.
